    What’s the most common issue when the window won’t stay in the up position… It just slides down…

    most common on many vehicles if it just slides up and down would be the regulator has come off the track. take off the door panel and make sure the regulator is on the channels, the glass is attached to the regulator etc.

    then double check the motor if everything else looks good.
